Shopping Information
Here's
how to shop online:
1. Search or browse online. If you
find something you'd like to buy, simply click on the description
to view specific information about the product.
2. If you want to purchase the
item, or would like further information or assistance, click on
the "Inquiry/Order form" button.
3. You will then be on the
"Shopping Cart" page. You will see the total cost of
your selected items, with estimated shipping charges added in. To
add new items to your order , click on your browser's
"back" button, or one of the other links on that page.
To proceed with the order, click on the "Proceed to Secure
Order Page" button.
4. Fill out the secure order form
completely, then click on the "Submit This Order"
button. Your order will then be processed.
We have a secure server which
enables you to send your credit card information over the Internet
safely.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Shipping
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Windance does ship outside the U.S. via UPS, USPS, and other
carriers. If you need to ship an item back, you need to let us
know within 48 hours. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

Taxes
There is no sales tax in Oregon. If you are
having an item shipped outside of Oregon, you are subject to any
duties and taxes your region may impose. Feel free to contact us
for a shipping quote.
Returning
or Exchanging Items
Our goal is to keep you stoked about
windsurfing. If you make a purchase and are unhappy with it in any
way, please let us know. Windance offers easy returns and
exchanges through our store or by mail. The easiest way for us to
take care of your concern is to give us a call ahead of time.
If you decide you don't want an item,
please call us within 48 hrs. and let us know you are returning
it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost on the return.
To make a return or
exchange through mail order:
1. Please call Windance to receive
a return authorization number (RA#).
2. Include your invoice and receipt.
3. Specify whether you want a refund or exchange.
4. If you specify an exchange, please indicate which new product
you want by giving the item number, size and color (when
applicable).
