Directions
to get there
:
Traveling on Hwy 1, look for the access road signs pointing west from Hwy 1 for Punta Abreojos.  The access road is long and the condition depends on how recently it has been plowed for the fish trucks.   Small cars should use caution and travel slowly on the road.  Trucks and/or 4-wheel drive are recommended.

Comments and news about this site: The residents of Abreojos are very friendly and welcoming toward windsurfers and surfers, and you'll see some of them out on the water with you.  Recently an American couple was married in this welcoming environment.  As with most of the places in Baja, it is very special and visitors should give the utmost consideration and respect to the residents and locals.
