It is better to rig at
Doug's Beach and sail up. It is also illegal to cross the railroad
tracks anywhere BUT a marked crossing. Failure to obey this puts
access in jeopardy for everyone else. Here's a tip
on how to carry your gear with ease. |

You have to launch from
Rowena or Doug's Beach and sail up or down to Doug's West. See above
