Thule Spare Me

The Thule Spare Me is a fantastic rear-mount 2-bike carrier created especially for cars that store spare tires at the back of the vehicle using a bolt system. The Thule Spare Me Bike Rack secures the car and the bikes being transported using the spare tire's existing mounting, freeing up the vehicle's hitch receiver and roof racks for other uses.

The stay-put cradles lock down the bikes and cradles and allow for complete adjustment along the bike arm, while the anti-sway cages prevent bike-to-bike contact. The Thule Spare Me secures the bikes to the rack and then the bike rack to the car. It fits both standard and oversized tires and fastens to the spare tire of the vehicle.

The product also has folding arms when not in use, a second adapter that can fit various tire sizes, and a locking cable and knob to secure the carrier to the vehicle and the bikes to the carrier, making this product provide your bicycle's safety assurance.
