May 5th,
Sadly there was not as much wind this weekend as was forecasted so everyone found other things to do including a lot of biking & skiing. The forecast for the next week looks like it’s settling into more traditional western winds, so hopefully those of you who haven’t got wet yet load up the car and get ready.
I find that once you make the commitment to have the gear in the car, then you are halfway to your 1st session of the year. Myself, I have all my windsurf & kite gear in my truck and ready to go.
Thanks Tim at Ezzy for getting me a brand new quiver of Wave SE’s, I am stoked to ride them. BTW if you see me at the beach you are always welcome to take a spin on anything I have with me for free.
SWAP #2 on May 18th is next and it’s the big one that the Crazy Canucks venture down for. Hope to see you there or on the water,
The GOYA team is here on the May 17-18th weekend as well. Francisco, Jake & Jason will be doing clinics here in the morning and then we all go riding & demoing Goya boards and sails in the afternoon wherever it’s windy. Join us, it’s free.
