Its Monocoque custom composite body is designed with a distinct bend curve that is lightweight yet durable, creating a sleek and straighter bend. The Chinook Carbon Boom lets you adjust precisely and intuitively with its redesigned 50 cm tailpipe, permanently imprinted with absolute boom length markings.
Designed with Chinook’s trademark reduced diameter grip (RDG), this carbon boom offers a fully-articulating, low-profile standard Pro-1 Head that readily fits both RDM and SDM masts. When used with gloves, Chinook’s RDG technology works wonders for reducing forearm fatigue—especially useful when traversing cold waters.
This Chinook Windsurfing Boom also features stainless steel 2-pin vertical slide collars so you can lock your tailpiece securely yet effortlessly open it for quick and easy adjustment. Available in sizes 125 - 175 cm, 135 - 185 cm, 150 - 200 cm, and 170 - 220 cm, the Chinook Carbon Windsurfing Boom has a time-saving loop-n-go outhaul block designed to give you a centered sail position quickly and easily. With these features, you get an ideal boom for wave, small bump-n-jump freeride sail types.
This ultra-thin Chinook Windsurf Boom also has a built-in excess rope retention and a positive snap-in skinny shim adapter.
