Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

New unused items in their original packaging and tags may be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can return the item for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • For refunds, you will be refunded for the full value of your purchase minus shipping costs
    • If you paid for shipping, you will be refunded for the full value of your purchase minus the shipping cost you paid.
    • If you did not pay for shipping, you will be refunded for the full value of your purchase minus the cost we paid to ship your order.
  • You are responsible for returning your item(s) to Windance by any method you choose and for any associated shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for presenting proof of purchase in the form of an email order confirmation, receipt or order number. Returns will not be issued without proof of purchase. Contact us is if you need help locating proof of purchase. 
  • Refunds must be issued to the original payment method. 
  • If you exchange your product for an item that is a different price, you will be charged or refunded for the difference in price. 
  • Products that are damaged in transit back to Windance cannot be refunded, so make sure to package them well!

 To return an item in-store:

Bring your item in its original packaging and your proof of purchase to Windance and we'll process your return on-the-spot. 

To return an item by mail:

  1. Email us your order details to get a Return Authorization number (RA#)
  2. Package your product up well to avoid damage in transit
  3. Mail your package to the following address, including your RA# on the package label as follows:

When we receive the returned product, we will send your replacement immediately or if out of stock, as soon as it’s available, and issue you any any refunds applicable. 

Other Scenarios:

If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll replace it immediately and cover all the associated costs. Let us know when you receive an incorrect item and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label to return it to us if possible and send you the correct item immediately or if out of stock, as soon as it’s available.

Items that you purchased new and that have no damage or defects but are not in their original condition and packaging may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a 20% restocking fee. 

Used gear purchases cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. However, if your used gear is in good condition, we encourage you to inquire about selling it through our consignment program.
