Warranty Claims
Most new items sold by Windance are covered by a manufacturer warranty, which guarantees that the product is free of manufacturing defects. Each brand has their own policy specifying what is covered under warranty. Those policies can be found on their websites and we encourage you to read them before submitting a claim.
While Windance can support customers' warranty claims, Windance does not warranty any products ourselves.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
1. Prepare all the information you'll need to submit your warranty claim, including:- Your name, order number, best contact email and phone number
- A copy of your receipt
- Description of the defect
- Detailed explanation of how and when the defect was discovered
- Photo of the entire product
- Close up detailed photos of the defect
- Photo of the product serial number
2. Submit your warranty claim directly to the manufacturer using the links below

or by filling out our online warranty claim form or emailing your prepared information to windance@windance.com for us to submit to the manufacturer on your behalf. And if you need help, please contact us.
If advised to return your product to Windance, all returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which Windance will issue you, clearly written on the outside of the package and on the shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on warranty items.
