Wing foiling is a water sport where a rider stands on a hydrofoil board while holding a handheld inflatable wing. The wing generates power from the wind, lifting the rider onto the foil for a fast, smooth, and low-drag ride. It is easier to learn than windsurfing or kitesurfing and works in a wide range of wind conditions.

For most beginners, the standard size is between 4.0m and 5.0m. Riders under 150 lbs (68kg) often start with a 4.0m–4.5m, while riders over 150 lbs usually choose a 5.0m–6.0m. If you live in a light-wind area, size up; for strong-wind locations, size down.
Beginners should choose a board with volume equal to their Body Weight (kg) + 40 Liters for stability. For example, an 80kg rider needs a 120L board. You can choose Hard Boards for performance or Inflatable Boards for durability and travel convenience.
Beginners benefit from large, Low Aspect foils for easy lift and stability. Surf riders choose Medium Aspect for carving. Speed and freestyle riders use High Aspect foils for maximum glide. A mast height of 75–85cm is the most versatile choice for all conditions.
