To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a three-tiered pricing structure. Most repairs fall under a flat-fee rate, so you’ll know what to expect up front. If we discover any more extensive damage during the process, we’ll contact you for approval before moving forward. Additional work is billed hourly, ensuring you're always in control of the cost.
If ordering your repair online, add a note in your order describing the gear color, make, and model, and the damage that needs repair. If you'd like to ship your item to us for repair, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
If your item requires significantly more repair work than is included in the repair level you purchased or if there are any questions or issues, we will contact you before taking any action on your gear.
