Choosing Your Rocket Wing ASC Size
More Volume
Choose additional volume if you are learning, ride in lighter or inconsistent wind, or want a board that is easier to stand on before generating foil speed. The 110L and 130L provide the most stability but do not include strap inserts.
Less Volume
Choose a lower-volume board if you already have reliable starts and want a more compact, responsive platform. The 60L, 75L, and 90L sizes include footstrap inserts for riders progressing toward strapped riding.
General starting point: F-One suggests approximately rider weight in kilograms plus 40 liters for beginners, volume close to body weight for intermediate riders, and roughly 15 liters below body weight for advanced riders. Conditions, foil size, and skill level can change the ideal choice.
