- 120: Choose the smallest size for maximum maneuverability and the lowest possible swing weight.
- 130: The middle option balances compact handling with a little more deck length and width.
- 145: Choose the largest platform for easier foot placement, more forgiving touchdowns and added stability before takeoff.
F-One does not publish rider-weight recommendations for the Pocket. These are extremely low-volume boards by wing-foiling standards and are intended for skilled riders comfortable with submerged or waterstarted boards. They are not conventional beginner boards for standing starts.

Is the Pocket suitable for learning to wing foil?
Not for most beginners. Although F-One gives the general Pocket program a high accessibility rating, its 9.8–11 L size range requires advanced waterstarting and board-control skills when used with a handheld wing.
Can footstraps be installed?
Yes. All three sizes include inserts for a three-footstrap configuration, but the straps must be purchased separately.
