Volume note: The 7'2 is wider at 34 inches and has more volume than the longer, narrower 7'6. The listed 190L and 168L volumes are correct.

Foil Mount Compatibility
What “With Inserts” Means
The inserts are four fixed mounting points for the foil mast plate. They use F-One’s 160 × 90mm bolt pattern and should not be confused with footstrap inserts.
Using Other Foil Brands
F-One recommends the separately sold 4-Point Foil Mount Adapter when installing other foil systems. Confirm mast-plate compatibility before purchasing or mounting a non-F-One foil.
Mounting hardware: The four-point system uses four M6 × 15mm tapered-head screws. Unlike standard foil tracks, the fixed insert system does not provide fore-and-aft mast adjustment.
Choosing Your Rocket Air V3 Size
4'10 & 5'4
The two smallest sizes are compact options for experienced riders and can be used for surf, wing, kite, or wake foiling. Their lower volume requires reliable starting skills.
5'10 & 6'6
These are the most wing-foil-focused sizes. The 125L balances stability with manageable dimensions, while the 140L provides additional flotation for progression.
7'2
At 34 inches wide and 190L, the 7'2 provides the range’s most stable learning platform. Included fins help riders practice wing handling before adding a foil.
7'6 & 7'11
The longer sizes are versatile platforms for wing foil, SUP foil, windfoil, and recreational paddling. They suit riders who prioritize flotation and multi-sport use.
