This complete North wing foil package pairs the 2026 Nova wing with the 2026 Seek board and a Sonar Prime Edition foil. Balanced wing handling, a supportive board platform and accessible foil lift make it a versatile setup for learning and progressing. A carbon boom, wrist wing leash, ankle board leash and pump are included, along with the foil assembly and board mounting hardware.
The Nova delivers balanced handling and intuitive forward drive. Its preinstalled GripLock Carbon Boom lets you adjust your hand positions as you trim the wing or change hands through a turn.
The Seek combines a parallel outline with a tri-plane hull and low entry rocker for stable starts, clean release and forgiving touchdowns. Its concave deck helps you control the board through your heels and toes.
The Sonar Prime front wing uses a mid-aspect design for early lift and predictable control. The A700 fuselage and S270 stabilizer provide a stable platform while you develop flight control and transitions.
This is an everyday freeride setup that can stay useful beyond your first sessions. The modular Sonar system also gives you options to change compatible foil components as your skills and preferences develop.

The connections are covered: The foil edition includes its assembly screw packs, T40 tool, marine grease and foil bag. The Seek supplies the board connection hardware: four M8 × 30mm titanium screws and four T-nuts. No separate mast, stabilizer, board adaptor, boom or wing leash needs to be added.
The 5ft 7in / 108L is the shortest and narrowest board in this package. Consider it for lighter or more confident riders when 108L provides sufficient flotation for their weight and ability. Learners who need more support should consider the larger volumes.
The 5ft 9in / 118L adds volume and width over the 108L while remaining smaller than the 138L. Consider it when you want more flotation than the 108L without moving to the largest board in this package.
The 138L adds buoyancy for starts, balance practice and recovery after touchdowns. It is worth considering for larger riders or learners who benefit from extra board volume.
The smaller foil option suits riders whose weight, technique and wind conditions do not call for the larger 1850. It can be a useful choice for lighter riders or those progressing in consistent wind.
The larger front wing offers more area for low-speed lift. Consider it when learning, carrying more rider weight or riding in lighter wind, while still matching the handheld wing to the conditions.
Size the whole setup: A larger board does not replace adequate foil lift or wing power. None of these board volumes is a universal rider-weight limit, and no combination guarantees takeoff in light wind.

This package uses the standard 2026 Seek board. “Prime” refers to the Sonar foil edition, not a Seek Prime board.

No. Both Nova sizes include the 1100mm GripLock Carbon Boom and a size M wrist wing leash. The separate Mystic ankle leash connects you to the board and does not require a harness or waist belt.
It is a complete foil edition: front wing, mast, fuselage, stabilizer, board adaptor and assembly accessories. The board mounting screws and T-nuts come with the Seek board.
Yes, with suitable sizing, instruction and conditions. The components are designed for accessible freeride use, but a 4.2 or 4.8m² wing will not suit every learner or location. Contact Windance before ordering if you are unsure.
Assembly and pre-ride checks are required. Follow the component manuals and choose appropriate personal safety equipment, including a helmet and suitable flotation. Footstraps, a board bag, protective equipment and a wetsuit are not included. Check that the water is deep enough for the full foil with additional clearance.
