Choose the Nexus 4 if you want one high-performance kite that can freeride comfortably, drift through waves, support hooked or unhooked freestyle, boost confidently and remain efficient on a foil. Compared with the five-strut XR8, the Nexus 4 is lighter, faster turning and better at drifting, but it gives up some top-end stability and maximum hangtime. Compared with the ALUULA Pace Pro, the Nexus is more forgiving and versatile but less explosive and competition focused. Compared with the single-strut XLITE 2, it offers more structure, jumping ability and powered-wind control.

Standard, Pro and LW Construction Explained
The Nexus 4 uses CORE’s premium proprietary Dacron construction, but it is not an ALUULA or Pro kite. Its leading edge uses low-stretch ExoTex 2 Dacron, while the three struts use lighter ExoTex Light material.
