The Foil Drive Fusion 860 Battery is the high-capacity power source built for long-range riding, delivering exceptional efficiency, intelligent battery management, and a massive performance boost—offering up to 40% more thrust and 2× the runtime of the MAX Power Battery.

Powered by an advanced 43-volt architecture and 860Wh capacity, the Fusion 860 Battery unlocks hour-plus to multi-hour sessions while maintaining a compact, hydrodynamic form factor ideal for any Foil Drive Fusion setup.

Its integrated, one-piece molded design unifies the battery and nose cone into a fully sealed, streamlined housing. This improves durability and water flow while positioning weight directly over the foil’s center of lift for balanced, predictable handling.

An intelligent Bluetooth Battery Management System (BMS) provides real-time data to the V3 Controller, giving you accurate percentage and status readouts. The Foil Drive Fusion Battery also connects to the Foil Drive App, where you can name your battery, track long-term health, view live State of Charge (SoC), and even check your surf camera feed—all hands-free.

Internal thermal regulation maintains consistent temperatures, ensuring stable power output and smooth thrust delivery throughout the entire discharge cycle.

Charging and daily care are easier than ever. The included Battery Caddy protects your Fusion 860 Battery during transport and can discharge it to recommended storage levels. Use the system’s built-in heat sink for standard discharge—or speed it up using the USB-A and USB-C ports to charge your phone, laptop, or Foil Drive controller.

The Foil Drive Fusion Battery requires the 43V Charger (included with all Fusion systems). Average charge time is approximately 1.45 hours, and the industry-first Storage Mode allows you to stop charging at optimal storage voltage. For long-term battery health, we recommend storing between 30–60% SoC.
