To ensure all of our used gear is ready to ride, every used item is screened before we take it in, inspected before we rate and list it, and inflatable items are inflate-tested before we ship the item.
We recognize that pictures and descriptions don't capture everything, so we rate used equipment on a scale from A+ to C to help you understand our assessment of the relative quality of the item you are buying.

All ratings describe the relative condition of usable gear. No item sold at Windance requires repair before use. Windance does not sell gear that isn't ready to ride.
