Build your downwind or parawing setup around the stable glide of the F-One ROCKET FREE DOWNWIND and the light, direct response of North’s Sonar carbon platform. Choose an 85L or 95L board and pair it with the DW900 or DW1100 front wing. The CF85 mast, C700 carbon fuselage, performance-matched S192 Glide stabilizer and waist board leash are included, along with the S270 stabilizer supplied inside the Sonar Carbon Foil Edition.
Best for: intermediate to advanced foilers building an efficient setup for parawing, wing-assisted downwind riding, open-ocean swell and glide-focused sessions. This performance package is not intended as a first learn-to-foil setup.
The FREE DW’s long waterline and narrow outline build speed efficiently, while its wider nose and squarer rails add useful support during starts and touchdowns.
Both DW wings combine low-speed lift with low drag and long forward carry, helping the foil accelerate onto moving swell and connect energy between bumps.
The 85cm carbon mast provides useful ride-height range in chop and swell. Its stiff, light construction creates direct feedback for pumping, pitch control and carving.
The additional S192 Glide stabilizer gives both offered front wings the pitch support and efficient pumping rhythm this package needs. The factory S270 stays in the quiver as an all-around second tail.

Not included: parawing, handheld wing, paddle, foil-to-board mounting screws and track nuts, boardbag, helmet, personal flotation or impact vest, communication and visibility equipment.
The Sonar Carbon Foil Edition is a factory package that already contains the S270. That larger all-around stabilizer cannot be removed from the sealed Edition through the bundle. It offers a calm, supportive feel and can be useful if you add a freeride-oriented Sonar front wing later.
For the DW900 and DW1100, use the additional S192 Glide stabilizer. Its thinner, higher-aspect shape reduces drag and better complements the speed, pumping efficiency and long glide of the DW front wings.
Your package includes both: the performance-matched S192 for this DW setup and the factory S270 as a second all-around option. The S192 is the recommended starting tail for the configurations offered here.

The S192 works with both choices. Front-wing selection still depends on rider weight, takeoff technique, local swell speed, wind and preferred balance of support versus speed.
Both boards use F-One’s light and durable Bamboo Deck Construction. An installed traction pad, integrated carry handle and adjustable 90mm Twin-Tracks foil mount are built into each size.

A support-first combination is the 95L board with DW1100. A lighter or experienced rider focused on speed may prefer the 85L with DW900. These are useful starting points, not mandatory pairings; all four board and front-wing combinations remain available.
The FREE DW, DW front wing and S192 tail share the same goal: create speed without wasting energy. The board accelerates across the surface, the high-aspect front wing carries momentum between bumps, and the Glide stabilizer supports an efficient pumping rhythm without the extra drag of a large all-around tail.
The CF85 mast and C700 fuselage complete the system with direct carbon response and a smooth, predictable pitch feel. The result is a well-matched platform for parawing access, wing-assisted downwinders, open-water swell and glide-focused foil sessions.

The factory Sonar Carbon Foil Edition contains an S270 all-around stabilizer. This package adds the S192 because it is the better performance match for the DW900 and DW1100. Use the S192 with this downwind setup and keep the S270 as a second, more supportive option for other Sonar front wings.
Choose the DW900 for more speed and responsiveness in stronger wind or faster swell. Choose the DW1100 for earlier support, softer swell, lighter wind, additional rider weight or a more forgiving downwind feel.
No. This is a board, leash and carbon foil package. Add a parawing, handheld wing or paddle separately according to how you plan to launch and ride.
No. The narrow FREE DW board and high-aspect DW front wings reward established takeoff, pitch and directional control. First-time foilers will usually progress faster on a wider board and lower-aspect, stability-focused foil.
No. The CF85 mast fits the board’s standard 90mm Twin-Tracks pattern, but the correct four mounting screws and track nuts must be selected separately. Confirm the required screw length before assembly.
