Best for: intermediate and experienced foilers who want the carving feel of the FREE SURF with a parawing that can also handle freeride exploration and upwind access. Choose the Rover + FREE DW package instead when easier starts and maximum glide matter more than surf response.

The Rover makes the FREE SURF more versatile. Its smooth traction helps the narrow board build takeoff speed, while its upwind drive lets you explore beyond a single downwind line. Once you find the swell, pack the Rover into its on-water backpack and let the FREE SURF take over.
In flight, the board feels more compact and maneuverable than the FREE DW. The tapered outline, beveled rails and balanced foot pressure support tighter turns, while the straight rocker and elongated shape preserve the glide needed for parawing takeoffs.
This pairing balances freeride range with surf performance. It is more demanding during starts than the Rover + FREE DW, but more versatile and freeride-oriented than the Ranger + FREE SURF.
All three package sizes use F-One’s light and durable Bamboo Deck Construction. Each board includes an installed traction pad, integrated carry handle and adjustable 90mm Twin-Tracks foil mount. The separate Carbon model is not included here.
