General sizing starting point: F-One recommends approximately body weight in kilograms plus 40 liters for beginners, volume close to body weight for intermediate riders, and approximately 15 liters below body weight for advanced riders.
Example: A 70 kg beginner may consider the 110L size as a starting point. Experience, local wind, water conditions, and foil size should also influence the final selection.
Setup note: Every size includes a recessed carry handle, full deck pad, rail savers, and inserts for three footstraps. Footstraps are sold separately.
