Foil Drive Assist Retro-fit High Power Motor Kit
High Power V2 motor, Universal Mini Pod and three-blade propellers for your existing foil mast.
Build a retrofit Foil Drive motor setup around the foil mast you already ride. The FD333 kit brings together the High Power V2 Motor, low-profile Universal Mini Pod, 20 cm removable motor cable and a complete three-blade propeller setup. It is suited to assisted surf, wing, downwind, wake, pumping and flatwater foiling.
The pod can be installed or removed without tools, and the removable cable lets you change motor height as your setup evolves. This is a motor bundle, not a complete Foil Drive system: the drive unit, battery, controller and charger are not included.

The matching hub and three standard propellers are supplied together for a complete three-blade setup.

Motor bundle only. A Foil Drive unit, compatible battery, controller and charger are not included. You also need your own suitable foil mast and board to complete a riding setup.
For dedicated eFoiling: Foil Drive recommends a longer 60 cm or 70 cm removable cable instead of the included 20 cm cable. Longer cables are sold separately.

Fit and Compatibility
Foil Drive designs this retrofit motor for use across foil mast brands. The Universal Mini Pod accommodates many mast profiles, but the actual fit depends on your mast shape and the supplied strap sizes.
- Check your mast: The supplied strap ranges are 95–110 mm, 112–128 mm and 130–145 mm. Confirm your mast profile before ordering.
- Check your system: This V2 retrofit kit is not compatible with Gen1 Assist or Assist Plus. Confirm your exact Foil Drive unit and connections before purchase.
- Choose your cable length: The 20 cm cable is included; 60 cm and 70 cm cables for dedicated eFoiling are separate options.

Is this a complete Foil Drive system?
No. This is the FD333 retrofit motor bundle. The Foil Drive unit, battery, controller and charger are not included.
Does it include the pod, cable and propellers?
Yes. It includes the Universal Mini Pod, three pod straps, a 20 cm removable cable, a three-blade hub, three standard propellers and the listed hardware.
Will the Universal Mini Pod fit my mast?
It is designed for a wide range of foil mast brands and profiles. Check your mast dimensions against the three supplied strap ranges, and contact Windance if you are unsure.
Can I use it with Gen1 Assist or Assist Plus?
No. Foil Drive states that this retrofit motor kit is not compatible with Gen1 Assist or Assist Plus.
Is the included cable right for dedicated eFoiling?
The kit includes a 20 cm removable cable. Foil Drive recommends a longer 60 cm or 70 cm cable for dedicated eFoiling; those lengths are sold separately.
